Dana Nessel is proud to be the 2018 endorsed Democratic candidate for Michigan Attorney General. She has 25 years of legal experience, covering a vast array of disciplines. Dana began her legal career as an Assistant Prosecutor in the Wayne County Prosecutor’s Office, where, for over a decade, she was assigned to a number of elite units within the office and handled some of Wayne County’s most difficult cases, including serial murders, serial rapist, domestic batterers and child abusers. In 2005, she left the Prosecutor’s Office to start her own law firm. She became renowned as a staunch defender of constitutional rights.
